Motorbikes have always fascinated me.

From I was about 13 years old, I begged everybody with a bike to take me for a ride on the back off their motorbike. Some did, and mostly because they felt sorry for this young girl. When I was 16, a friend took my begging serious and he thought me what to wear and how to ride as pillion.

When I was old enough to get a license, my father made sure it was only a license for a car! In 1996 I decided it is now or never and I have loved it ever since.

The first bike was a Honda CB750, but because I’m tall, I had to curl my legs, so they fell a sleep.

I ended up buying my husbands Virago XV1100 from 1992 and I won’t let it go.
